Hempathane HS 55610
Hempathane HS 55610 is a glossy polyurethane topcoat, cured with aliphatic isocyanate. The product has good gloss and colour retention and contains zinc phosphate. Complies with EU Directive 2004/42/EC, The Paints Directive on the limitation of volatile organic compounds: subcategory j. Special ATEX-approved shades are available on request.
For the severely corrosive atmospheric environment. Direct-to-metal in C2 and C3 environments. Glossy with good gloss and colour retention. High-volume solids and VOC-compliant. The minimum temperature for curing is -10°C [14°F].
Hempathane HS 55610 is recommended as a VOC-compliant, high-build finishing coat to protect structural steel in severely corrosive environments. The product may be specified as a one-coat "direct to metal" system in environments classified as C2 and C3.
