How do I create a trade account?
To create a trade account, send us an email at sales@marathonleisure.co.uk, provide the required details, and our team will review your application.
Once approved, you’ll gain access to our full product range, pricing, and exclusive trade benefits.
Can the public buy directly from Marathon Leisure?
Unfortunately, we are only able to supply products as a trade-only distributor. If you’re a retail customer looking for specific marine products, we can direct you to one of our trusted stockists or chandlery partners.

How do I check stock availability?
Stock availability is visible when logged into your trade account. If you need assistance, our team can confirm stock levels and estimated restock dates.
Can I request a product that’s not listed on your website?
Yes! If you’re looking for a specific marine product or brand not listed, contact our sales team. We may be able to source it or recommend an alternative.
How long does delivery take?
We offer fast and reliable shipping across the UK and Ireland. 96% of orders received by 3pm ship the same day.
For an additional charge, urgent orders can be dispatched overnight. (UK Mainland Only)
Shipping the the Highlands and Islands can take 2-3 days, Northern Island can take 2 days, and Eire is currently a minimum of 4 days.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges depend on order size, weight, and location. Full details can be found in our Delivery, Shipping & Returns list or by contacting our customer service team.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we focus on distribution within the UK and Ireland. However, if you require international shipping, please contact us to discuss options.
What is your returns policy?
We try to be as flexible as we can, if you have an issue with any product we have supplied then please ring or email us. We work on a back-to-base return policy and we only accept returns with an authorised returns number. Once it's back with us we will resolve the issue as quickly as we can (normally within 2 working days). We are bound to our supplier's own terms and sometimes we have to wait longer than we hope, if this is the case, we will do everything we can to reduce the impact on you and your customer.
Please note: If you are an end-user who has bought one of our products through one of our customers, you will need to contact them to resolve your issue, it may well end back with us but we need to manage the process through our customer.
Warranty periods are as per our supplier's specifications, if in doubt, let us know and we can advise.
